Asset and Project Finance Practice

RDBA attorney experience includes serving as counsel to a syndicate of U.S. lenders in the sale-leaseback financing of a new Boeing 757 for delivery and lease to a major U.S. carrier, with such representation including the review and negotiation of the relevant participation agreement, lease agreement, financing agreement and other sale-leaseback financing documentation.

RDBA attorney experience also includes representing a U.S.-based entity in the negotiation, documentation and execution of its acquisition of individual lessor’s partnership interests to acquire 100% lessor ownership interests in a series of U.S. power plants subject to project financing.

The Asset and Project Finance Practice focuses on small to mid-market asset finance and project finance transactions, including end of sale-lease finance transactions.  RDBA attorneys have over 25 years of experience in a broad range of U.S. and international asset and project finance transactions that include representing equity and debt capital funders, lessors, lessees and operating companies.  RDBA’s recent management of three sophisticated end-of-lease telecommunications projects for a long-term Fortune 500 telecommunications industry lessee client provides an example of the firm’s ability to manage the complex issues inherent to the structuring, negotiating and documentation of asset and project finance transactions.  The asset and project finance experience of RDBA attorneys allows RDBA to meet the legal challenges for clients engaged in asset and project sale-leaseback financing transactions.
